Have these as a complete breakfast treat! Great for on the go or even
for a snack but can also be a complete meal with all the great
nutrients that are in them. This is great for any model or actor who
wants a delicious breakfast treat with everything you need for a great
full meal! Have a few of these small muffin's or make large one's for a
great meal!
Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal:
3 cups
old-fashioned oats (or even use the pre-made oatmeal packets).
2 tsp. Baking powder
4 Egg whites
1 1/4 cup Non-fat milk
3/4 cup Mashed bananas
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
3/4 cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips (or carob for less calories)
1 cup of
Arbonne chocolate or vanilla protein powder (20g of brown rice, pea and
cranberry protein! This gives you not only the protein but also all the
vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy and function at your
best).
